As you develop your knowledge and abilities in leadership and management theory, your confidence will grow.
Participate in an MSc intended to motivate and inspire ambitious executives in the University of Aberdeen’s public and third-sector organisations. The educational leadership component of this degree has been developed in collaboration with the Scottish College for Educational Leadership, Scottish Local Authorities, and the Scottish Government, among other partners.
You will investigate leadership in the context of your own job via the use of work-based projects. Your learning will be targeted to you, your job, and your long-term professional objectives. You will learn how to identify challenges and support improvements inside your organisation, allowing you to put your newfound knowledge into action from the very beginning.
While working with the most up-to-date academic information, you’ll get the opportunity to train alongside outstanding leaders from across the world.
