Learn the specialised engineering skills you’ll need to work in the offshore energy industry, which includes renewable energy. The University of Aberdeen’s online Masters in Offshore Engineering programme will open up new doors for you in the subject of marine energy in its broadest sense.
The technology and knowledge used in subsea oil and gas production and infrastructure construction can be repurposed for the marine renewables business, and you will learn how to do so. This degree is unique in that it incorporates classes on renewable energy and marine environmental impact assessments, as well as courses focusing on the subsea construction sector.
In addition to recent graduates and marine engineers, this course is accessible to electrical and electronic engineers, mechanical engineers, and petroleum engineers interested in a future in subsea controls, civil engineers.
