Our new MSc Leadership and Human Resource Mangement with Professional Practice Online course is a 2-year full-time business master’s programme. Sharing the first year of study with the 1-year MSc Strategic Business Management, the 2-year programme benefits from a second year of Professional Practice that is specifically aimed at fostering the employment opportunities of students. Offering greater flexibility than a traditional Placement Year, our Professional Practice Year allows you to decide how to put your skills into practice. Choose between an academic dissertation, business plan, business or consultancy project, or a paid placement in industry, depending on the option that is best suited to your future career path.

Our Online MSc in Leadership and Human Resource Management is designed to allow you to prepare, or progress, your career in management or business-related HR management. Our practically focused modules will provide you with a depth of knowledge in the field of Human Resource Management while also maintaining a strong focus on your employability, and ensuring you develop the key transferable skills that are desired by many employers.
This course is accredited by both The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and The Chartered Management Institute (CMI). This means that upon successful completion of your degree you will have the opportunity to apply for a CIPD certification and a CMI Level 7 Certificate in Strategic Management and Leadership.

Entry Requirements

2:2 or above from a UK bachelor’s degree, or equivalent qualifications.
International students additionally require an English language level equivalent to IELTS 6.5 or above with a minimum of 5.5 in each component.
