This course will teach you how to empower people in the workplace. It is designed to give you an edge in the disciplines of human resource management and psychology.
You’ll get an understanding of the importance of psychology in business, as well as essential ideas in recruiting and selection, training and development, and workplace conflict management. Most significantly, you’ll discover how a business succeeds by placing people at the centre of all they do on Arden’s HRM and psychology degree.
Additionally, you’ll examine elements of human behaviour – such as how we learn, remember, choose our activities, and interact with others – as well as why individuals differ in areas such as personality and motivation. Employers increasingly value this mix of skills and knowledge, which means you’ll graduate with a certification that broadens your employment choices.
