Arden’s Master of Public Health programme was created to satisfy the growing demand for graduates who are passionate about managing and directing preventive health services for communicable and non-communicable illnesses.
The course places a premium on equipping you with cutting-edge healthcare skills and digital literacy for health services management, enabling you to contribute to improved healthcare delivery and outcomes at the population, community, and national levels.
The course is structured and delivered in a way that is both flexible and current, and was created in close consultation with major public health employers and industry advisory groups. This means you’ll be exposed to a range of instructional styles and evaluation techniques designed to aid in the development of your public health knowledge and abilities, ensuring you graduate with the specialised skills essential for a successful career in the public health field.
Additionally, this master’s programme in public health prepares you for the digital and data-driven world into which the public health profession has evolved. You’ll gain proficiency with a variety of digital technologies, including SPSS, NVIVO, Stata, and Gorilla. This course introduces you to virtual simulations that are used to forecast, simulate, and plan for future infectious and non-infectious disease outbreaks, as well as how to respond to real-world issues that may emerge during your future career in public health.
A bachelor’s degree or diploma equivalent to a UK honours degree at a minimum of second class (2.2). If you are not an English native speaker, you will be required to provide us with a proof of English language level equivalent to IELTS 6.5 or above
