The non-judicial dispute settlement sector is alive and well, and it is expanding. In an effort to save money, organisations and people are increasingly turning to alternative dispute resolution methods rather than the costly litigation process, which can be long, combative, and extremely public.
This is an online degree programme designed for professionals who want to improve their skills in non-judicial dispute resolution. There are no prerequisites other than a professional background. Flexible and part-time learning options allow you to choose how many courses you want to take each term and at what speed you want to learn.
Unlike many other Masters in dispute resolution programmes, this degree is entirely devoted to the methods that are best suited for resolving disputes, rather than mixing a substantive subject with dispute resolution processes as is common in other programmes.
