The Management and Leadership in Health and Social Care (Hons) programme at Anglia Ruskin University will help you grow personally and professionally while also equipping you with the skills you need to reach your career goals. You will also engage in work-based learning in your current role. Despite the fact that you will be researching broader leadership and management topics, your research will be specifically applicable to your work.
