This level 4 Diploma is awarded by TRCC Ofqual Recognition Number RN608. Human Resource Management (Level 4) is waiting for approval. This means that the course is currently in the process of being validated and added to the RQF. University Pathway Progression

The Level 4 Diploma can be used to gain a full bachelor’s degree. Students can progress to the Level 5 Diplomas in Business Management with the Online Business School. Upon completing both a Level 4 and Level 5 Diploma, students can complete the third and final year of a UK degree.
