Learn how to create healthcare research initiatives that are successful, rigorous, and ethical.
This Postgraduate Certificate in Research Methods for Health will provide you with the skills and knowledge necessary to conduct healthcare research.
Your abilities and confidence in designing and conducting research in your own workplace will grow, and you will be more competitive in obtaining external financing for research initiatives as a result of this programme.
You will get knowledge on how to: critically evaluate research evidence (including systematic reviewing)
generate a research question and a justification for the study design that will be used as well as choose the best appropriate statistical approach for the investigation.
You will be assisted by globally renowned active researchers with extensive expertise. Their research is used to influence policymakers and healthcare organisations. They will share their knowledge and expertise with you as you progress through the learning process.
This PgCert is intended to assist healthcare professionals, policymakers, and early-career researchers in improving their research qualifications in their leisure time. It is open to anybody who has an interest in research. You can continue to work full time on this course when studying part-time online.
